How do I access the program?
Please note, you need to have access to Facebook to join this program as all the action happens in the FB forum. If you don’t have access we suggest you set up an account - you really don’t want to miss all the support in there!
How much equipment will I need for the workouts?
Very minimal, equipment will be optional. As a basic guide you will need a set of dumb-bells, a mat and a resistance band. Anything more than this will be a bonus, and we and offer suggestions during the live workouts
Is it safe for pregnancy or women who are post-partum?
Yes. Pregnant women should be doing Pilates, also post-partum mums. If you have clear-ance from your Dr and you let the experts know to offer suggestions or assistance during the workouts, then you will be more than fine to participate.
What if I can’t make the live workout or cooking class?
They will all be saved in the FB group, so you can revisit them at a time that suits you.
What fitness level do you have to be?
This program would suit all fitness levels, as all options will be offered and showed during the live workouts
What if I have an injury?
If you have clearance from your health care professional and are still able to exercise you will be fine. We will offer assistance and options to everyone in our community so that you can continue with your fitness goals.
What age ranges suitable for the workouts?
Anyone will be able to do our workouts; you could get your whole family involved if you wanted to. All ages and all fitness levels are welcome
Is Justine qualified to coach group classes?
Yes, Justine has been in the fitness industry since 2004 and is a qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
I am super time poor and think that all the live workouts and videos might make me feel overwhelmed?
It is totally normal to feel overwhelmed. This is why we send you your 4 week plan prior to starting so you can map things out yourself. Everyone’s schedule is different, and you are not expected to show up to all of the live streams, but they will be in the forum for you to revisit whenever you need them. This program is all about assisting and supporting you on your journey, so whatever you can manage is fine.
How long will the workouts be?
Is cardio included in the workout plan?
We advise all our members to get their daily steps in, around 8-10k per day. This will count towards your cardio. The workouts can be done at a higher intensity as well (more weight or extra volume), so you will feel many more health benefits aside from weight loss by do-ing them.
I have a lot of weight to lose, will this program help me?
Yes, we cover off and support women in all of the major area’s that hold them back.

Can I cancel if the program is not right for me?
Yes absolutely, there is a 4 week minimum joining period, but once that is over you can cancel at any time. For best results we suggest you commit to at least 12 weeks, but we hope that you love working with us so much that you won't want to leave.
Can I get a customised training program for home or the gym?
Do you do mindset coaching?

I have lower back problems. Will Pilates hurt me?
No, in fact a majority of clients who practice Pilates regularly find that lower back pain is improved and sometimes eradicated altogether because of improved strength through the abdominals and posterior chain muscles.
Do I need to be flexible?
Absolutely not. Pilates exercises will help to lengthen and strengthen your muscles which in turn could lead to improved flexibility, but you certainly don't need to be able to touch your toes with your nose to join these classes.
Will the timetable be exactly the same week to week?
We will adjust the timetable as we go if we need to. The experts are all busy mums and things may change slightly due to sicknesses or travel etc. We will do our absolute best to give you as much notice as possible of any changes to the schedule.
I am pregnant can I still join?
Yes absolutely, these nutrition plans are just guidelines.
There is information that specifically relates to pregnancy and breastfeeding mothers and extra snacks and meals that I can recommend.
I am vegetarian can I still join?
Yes absolutely, there are vegetarian options for the nutrition plans.
I have allergies and different needs can I still do the challenge?
Yes, I would suggest doing a consultation with me, so we can get your individual meal plan and eating and can continue with the exercise component.
Do you do customised Macros and Calories for your members?
